The hotel has a fantastic location near Grand Central Station, making it easy to explore New York City. While the room size was quite generous, there were some maintenance issues that detracted from the overall comfort. The dining options were decent, especially with the convenience of a marketplace credit, but pricing was on the higher side. Though I appreciated the efficient check-in process, certain aspects of the service could use improvement.
